With the help of the National Honor Society and other students, the student council organized a successful food drive on Halloween afternoon. Students met in the east parking lot in full Cobbler regalia and split up the food collection duties between the neighborhoods. Then they collected the food in pillow cases and pickup beds from friendly citizens. After two hours of hard work, the Cobblers returned to the parking lot with over 1,100 pounds of food, which went to hungry people in the area.
