On Monday May 23rd students at Central paid $1 for the privilege of wearing a hat in school for the day. Money raised through the hat day goes to the PE department, which is trying to raise money for new weight room equipment. Photographer Lacy Payne caught the scenes around school, which make it apparent that staff and students alike enjoy a hat day.
