Money will be no obstacle for 200 students attending the girls’ state basketball tournament on Thursday. A private donor has generously purchased 200 student tickets to the game, which takes place across the street at the Civic Center at 7:00.
Students who want one of the tickets simply have to head to room 102 of the Civic Center between 5:30 and 7:30pm the night of the game, and when they show their ID, they get a ticket. Tickets will go on a first-come, first-served basis, so getting there early will help anyone save the $7 entry fee.
The girls take on Mitchell, a team who handled the Cobblers fairly easily back in December but one the Cobblers are hoping to contain. Good luck, girls!
Thanks to Kyana Mascarenas for the shots of the girls in action earlier this season.
