Central Highschool will be having a job fair in the commons this Thursday. The event will be from 11:30am – 1:30pm, and over 30 employers will be there to give interviews and information for upcoming summer jobs.

For a good majority of teens, the summer is a time where they can work and make money full-time because school is not there to stress them out, and the summer gives them extra time. Many jobs are searching for employment this summer, establishments need a lot of workers to keep the summer tourist season in check.

Many employees will be there to introduce opportunities to teens for a first job. A junior at Central Highschool, Carly Deruyter, is searching for a second job this summer and is planning to attend the job fair to see what opportunities are available to her. “I need a summer job to pay off my car this summer so I’ll take any opportunities I can get,” she explained.

The Job fair is an exciting event for Central High School students. This gives easy opportunity for high school students to find a job quickly and efficiently.
